The NIPDB offers the following investor services:

• Coordinate with Organizations, Ministries, Agencies (OMAs) to reduce red tape
• Linkages to various public and private entities
• Assist project promoters with project preparation
• Appraisal of investment project proposals
• Profiling and packaging of investment projects
• Provide advisory services to prospective investors on the investment landscape
• Provide information on investment opportunities, incentives, policies, regulations, trade agreements and statistics
• Facilitate and coordinate business visits that serve as exploratory and/or scoping exercise for prospective investors
• Undertake research on sectors, industries, investment environment
• Assign dedicated consultants to assist investors pre and post establishment
• Development of new adjacent industries
• Render technical support to investors
• Facilitate site premises for business and industrial purposes
• Coordinate funding through a network of equity firms, multilateral lending institutions, financial firms

The Board is on a diversification drive, with efforts centered around several sectors and prioritization, that leverages existing productive capabilities and that may enable transitions towards more sophisticated economic activities.
